My wife and I were talking this morning (yes, a good thing!).

Sanders, Yang, Occasio-Cortez, came up in discussion.

Her comment? “How stupid can people be?” You give enough free stuff to people who don’t work, the stuff that isn’t free becomes much more expensive.

People who used to work, see no reason to pay for the lazy guy next door. Eventually, everybody’s getting free stuff, and there is no one left to pay for it. People are fundamentally animals. Greed, selfishness, and envy, rule us all, no matter how “civilized” and refined we pretend to be.

All this coming from a 26 year old immigrant who spent her life in a Socialist/Communist country.

Her last comment: “When did Americans become SO stupid?”
