A LONG ARTICLE, BUT WORTHWHILE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU READ THE LAST TWO PARAGRAPHS!

On Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at the conspicuous hour of midnight, the State of New Jersey passed a law making it a felony to possess a gun magazine capable of holding over 10 rounds of ammunition. This unconstitutional law instantly makes criminals out of thousands of New Jersey residents who legally acquired normal capacity firearms magazines — which include both17-round pistol magazines and 30-round rifle magazines. They acquired these magazines legally to protect themselves from the violent and sick-minded real criminals who are now being protected by the Democrats who passed this insane law.

Breitbart News approached the New Jersey State Police on Monday to ask how they planned to enforce the newly enacted law. The New Jersey State Police refused to rule out house-to-house checks, but instead responded, ‘We do not discuss enforcement strategies.’” So, what does that mean? It means, that if “necessary” will they, could they, would they implement house-to-house arrests and gun magazine confiscations?

Do you actually believe the New Jersey Police force, at the direction of the governor, are going to politely knock on your door and say, “Please hand over your pistol and rifle magazines!” Of course not, they will come to your front door, fully armed with their 30-round magazines to take what magazines you have, by force, if necessary. This scenario would be every bit reminiscent of the Nazi weapon confiscations when in the late 1930’s through a combination of confiscating the firearms of private citizens, and a very deceitful propaganda campaign against gun ownership, the Nazis carried out their evil intentions against the public who were now disarmed and could not resist.

This New Jersey “law” should cause a sick feeling in the gut of Our Nation, further emphasizing the purpose of the Second Amendment and the need for private citizens to arm themselves with 30-round magazines to defend against government tyranny.

The argument for not banning 30-round magazines could not be any more clear – if you care to “see the big picture.” This is the first step in the government using coercion and the threat of violence to take away citizens legally-acquired firearms and magazines. If Americans surrender 30-round magazines, then New Jersey will see how easy that was, and then will pass a law to ban all magazines. Then, when New Jersey sees that plan worked without resistance, they will then ban all semi-automatic firearms. Then, one day, the people of New Jersey will wake up finding themselves living in an authoritarian state, with no means to defend themselves, and the State will then have an effective monopoly on all firearms.

This is a repeat of Nazi Germany, which disarmed the Jews before mass murdering six million of them. It’s so much easier to murder people, after all, when the government disarms them first. And anyone going along with the disarmament is signing their own death warrant.

So, what is the purpose of the gun magazine ban? It is to be certain that innocent citizens are unable to fight back when the government sends gun confiscation teams on door-to-door raids, perhaps gunning down citizens and taking their firearms by force?

Anyone who knows, or should know something about past history, should immediately recognize that New Jersey is doing exactly what Stalin and Hitler did to their citizens –weaponizing the power of corrupt government to disarm the very people that government will later target for mass arrests and mass murder.

You think all the above will never happen to you? The goal of the Socialist Left is to establish an Authoritarian Regime to hold absolute control over all guns/weapons, to rule over disarmed citizens, to tax us into oblivion for their pre-doomed social programs. They are dead-set on making criminals out of those who wish to defend their country from the bonds of tyranny.

Next, they will open the borders, throwing caution of who enters our country to the four winds, flooding America with criminal illegal aliens who will all be granted absolute legal immunity from their crimes, while American citizens are arrested and imprisoned for merely exercising their Second Amendment rights.

The Founding Fathers wrote: “All citizens of America have a constitutional duty to resist unconstitutional, illegal “laws” that deprive them of their constitutional rights. What does this mean in this situation with magazine banning in New Jersey? It means that just because New Jersey passed a magazine ban does not mean that New Jersey has a lawful right to make good on their ban.

The right to keep and bear arms implies the right to keep and bear the ammunition and magazines required for those arms to function. But those who made this law in New Jersey have shown a blatant disregard for the Bill of Rights, have turned a cold shoulder to the right of citizens to defend themselves within their own homes and sadly demonstrates why those who passed this law must be evicted from power.

Now for the nitty-gritty: To what lengths are the New Jersey State Police officers willing to go to in order to carry out this law of zero tolerance for 30-round magazines? Are they going to knock on people’s doors to unannounced confiscation raids? Will they gear up to perform mass shootings of gun owners who resist the magazine ban in the name of public safety? In the name of confiscating such “bad gun magazines” from legal gun owners, will they shoot those who resist, all the while saying they are confiscating the magazines to stop shootings?

Such is the twisted mindset of the seditious socialist left, who obviously think that no American citizen has the right to defend themselves from not only native-born criminals but also the new wave of illegal alien criminals – the same socialist, leftwing individuals who want to have open borders allowing unvetted, unchecked individuals to come into our country and invade our cities and towns.

The Democrats despise America and are trying to destroy the United States. If you, a legal owner of a firearm, dare to defend yourself with a 30-round magazine against a group of illegal alien human traffickers who all have their own 30-round magazines, suddenly you are the criminal while the illegal aliens receive “sanctuary” status!

This is total insanity, but it is precisely what the socialist left is creating in America. So, now, it seems that no citizen in New Jersey will be allowed to defend themselves against violence. Will the state of New Jersey, in order to “prevent legal citizens (who own legally obtained firearms) from becoming violent with their firearms, end up using violence against their own citizens to “steal” what rightfully belongs to them?

The Democrat/Socialist/Left agenda is to use the Government as a weapon against the people of America.

Whether you like President Trump, or not, he is the only Force holding back the full brunt of Socialist/Communist tyranny that seeks to eviscerate our First and Second Amendments.

Any government that believes it can force its power to arrest its own citizens for possessing legally-acquired “normal capacity” magazines must also believe it has the power to confiscate all guns.

It is inevitable, that in a short span of time, New Jersey will also decide that no one in their state should be allowed to own any firearms. What will the citizens of New Jersey do when they are ordered to surrender all their weapons to the state? Only when “The People” rise up and fight against this form of Stalinist authoritarianism will they have a chance to regain their gun ownership/accessory rights and ALL the rights afforded to them under the United States Constitution.

The main goal of confiscation is to disarm the people bit by bit, for as Hitler well knew when he disarmed the Jewry in the late 1930s, it is much easier to win a war if the populace is unarmed and cannot fight back.

If the citizens of New Jersey voluntarily give up their 30-round magazines, they are giving away their last ounce of protection from socialist tyranny. No rightful, just Government would force citizens to turn in their guns, ammo or magazines, and it is very clear that New Jersey is not a state that any clear-headed individual will want to move to. I am sure any level-headed person reading this post will agree that the people of New Jersey will eventually be left without any means of self-preservation or protection.

Of note: I am the daughter of a 1956 Hungarian Revolution Freedom Fighter. My father was ten years old when during the summer of 1944, in Budapest Hungary. During the ongoing carnage of World War II, German troops were retreating in large numbers as Hungarian allied troops defended Hungary from the onslaught of Soviet Tyranny. But despite the chaos, nearly 500,000 Hungarian Jews were rounded up and taken to the Nazi Death Camp, Auschwitz-Birkenau where 90% of them were exterminated in the gas chambers. The Nazis’ reign of terror was forced upon the citizens of Budapest where they tortured, robbed, murdered and raped the women. But how could all this immense atrocity take place with only a minimum presence of Nazi occupiers? It is because, the then, Communist-ruled Hungarian state had outlawed the possession of firearms from its citizens.

To make my point, the torment set upon the Hungarian populace by so few Nazi soldiers happened without resistance, without a fight, because the Hungarian people had been disarmed.

The lesson to be learned from this article is: They will come first for the legally-owned accessories such as the magazines and the bumper stocks, then they will come for your legally-owned firearms, and then, when you speak out that you do not agree to this confiscation – they will come for you – and then they will make sure that your voice pleading for a means to defend yourself will be silenced, for you will be no more.
