America has just finished one of the most divisive political battles in modern history.

The last two weeks saw this country literally coming apart at the seams. In my 42 years of following politics, I have never seen the like.

Certainly there have been protests, even riots in the past, those of us who are products of the 60s’s can attest to that. It’s the basis of these demonstrations that make the situation different.

Previous to this while we may have disagreed, we respected the fact that the “loyal opposition” was in power and behaved accordingly.

There were no riots in the streets by Conservatives when Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan were appointed to the Court and the “Tea Party” was in full swing when the last two were confirmed.

Did we like it? Hell no! But our response was always, “See you at the ballot box.” As Conservatives, we understand and respect the principles upon which this Nation was founded.

The mob we’ve seen in these last few weeks are the product of a system that is populated in too many cases by “Educators” who themselves have no respect for the rule of law, is it any wonder their disciples don’t either?

For example, here’s a quote from an OpEd in today’s Times by Alexis Grenell titled “White Women, Come Get Your People” which takes Susan Collins to task for defending and voting for Brett Kavanaugh:

“Meanwhile, Senator Collins subjected us to a slow funeral dirge about due process and some other nonsense I couldn’t even hear through my rage headache as she announced on Friday she would vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh.”

American History was deleted from the “curriculum” the instant the Alinskyites took contol, at least American History as many of us remember it.

Rather than being taught that the United States is “the last best hope of Earth”, today’s children are being told that we’re the root of all evil in the World!

In order to combat a problem you must first understand it.

The Trump Administration has made great strides in repairing the damage done by four previous administrations, all of which engaged in the process of diminishing our Autonomy and ceding it over to the the Globalists in pursuit of “One World Order.”

Having secured the 5th vote on the court, we must not allow complacency to set in. If the Left is successful in recapturing even one legislative body we risk losing much if not all that we’ve gained including the Justice who was just sworn in.

To paraphrase from “The Lord of the Rings”:

“The Republic stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all.”

We will have won nothing if we allow the “thrill of victory” to be transfomed by apathy, into “the agony of defeat.”
